Scratch! Coding Simply

Scratch is a programming website which uses visual aids like stickers to help make the code simpler and easier for programming beginners.

In our Period 4 Computer Science class, we have made programs which convert temperatures in Celsius into Fahrenheit, programs that sing, programs that remember your name and recite your age and name, programs that output your course average, and programs that calculate the perimeter and area of rectangles.

These programs can also be made with animation and sound to enhance the overall experience and make it more enticing to watch.
