Update!: What We Are Going To Do

We have learned a lot since we started the semester in this Computer Science class like adding up all the test scores, making sprites move randomly across the screen, creating a random dice generator, a coin flipping simulator and many more.

Our teacher has recently assigned us a culminating project for all of our class. Naatoli and I have partnered up to create an endless wave find the real guy shooter game on Scratch.

We have decided to make our characters based on the Backyardigans as well as our background. We were inspired by the Backyardigans from our childhood so we decided to create a game based on the show.

Our plan is to first make a movement system for the sprite that will shoot projectiles and then move on toward making the projectiles. We will then finalize by making a sprite that creates clones and hides between those clones to fool the player trying to find them before the timer runs out.

Keep up with my posts and you’ll find out the final result of our project soon!

Below is a list of links to the types of games that we had made in Scratch previously said above.
